Jessica Sloan has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Jessica began their career in 1993 as an Assistant Director of Development, Teacher, Coach, and Dorm Parent at Carrabassett Valley Academy, where they managed fundraising campaigns and events, maintained a database of constituents, and coordinated volunteers. From 1998 to 2006, they worked as a Personal Assistant for Grammy-winning singer/songwriter James Taylor, handling backstage requests, coordinating travel arrangements, managing fan mail and press clippings, and taking on additional roles as Assistant Tour Manager and Assistant Production Manager. From 2008 to 2016, Jessica served as an Executive/Personal Assistant to the CEO at Life is Good, providing comprehensive office support, handling all aspects of the CEO's personal fundraising efforts, coordinating partner meetings, and managing various administrative tasks. Jessica also took on responsibilities in managing the CEO's personal life, including travel arrangements, event planning, and overseeing property maintenance. In 2016, Jessica became an Executive Assistant to the VP of International Business at InterSystems, where they provided executive support. Jessica then joined InVision in 2017, initially serving as an Executive Assistant to the CEO & CoS before transitioning to the role of Executive Assistant and Project Manager within the HR team. Jessica Sloan's education history begins in 1989 when they enrolled at Mount Holyoke College. Jessica pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Theater Arts and completed their studies in 1993. In 1991, Jessica participated in a Junior Year Abroad program at Royal Holloway, University of London, where they focused on Theatre Arts.

After a gap in their education, Jessica returned to school and attended Lesley University from 2006 to 2008. During this time, they obtained a Master's Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching. Additionally, Jessica went on to earn a Master of Education (MEd) degree from Lesley University, although the specific dates for this program are not provided.
