Justyna Przekwas

Justyna Przekwas is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and logistics. Currently serving as a Junior Aeronautical Chart Specialist and formerly a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Lufthansa Systems since August 2022, Justyna focuses on developing recruitment strategies and utilizing various sourcing methods to identify candidates. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Sourcer at Deloitte and AMS, where collaboration with hiring managers and targeted sourcing were key responsibilities. Justyna also brings extensive experience as an International Freight Forwarding Manager at Thermo Logistics Sp. z o.o. Sp. k., overseeing the movement of fresh and frozen goods. Justyna holds a Master's degree in International Economic Relations from the University of Gdansk.
