Diana Cernaianu

Diana Cernaianu has extensive experience in various roles within the field of human resources. Diana started their career at LaDORNA Group in 1997, where they served as an HR Manager for seven years. Diana then joined Deloitte Romania in 2005, working as an HR Manager for one year before transitioning to a role as Comp&Ben Director at Rompetrol (KMG International). Diana also held positions as Business Development Manager - Downstream at Rompetrol, HR Projects Director at New Century Holdings LLC, and HR Director at Saint-Gobain. Diana joined FrieslandCampina in 2013 as an HR Director and later worked as a Consulting Partner at DMC Partners. Diana'smost recent role was Chief HR Officer at TotalSoft, where they worked until May 2018. Currently, they are serving as Head of HR - Lukoil Romania.

Diana Cernaianu completed an MBA in Marketing from ROCA Executive MBA @ BBS-ASE (Romanian-Canadian) in 2001-2002. Prior to that, they attended Academia de Studii Economice din București from 1989 to 1994, and Liceul "I.L.Caragiale" from 1986 to 1989.
