Evgeny Zinchenko

Evgeny Zinchenko, CIPS, is an experienced procurement manager currently overseeing procurement activities for LUKOIL's West Qurna-2 Oilfield development project since October 2013. With a background that includes roles as Procurement Lead for LUKOIL's overseas entities and Procurement Coordinator for specific product categories, Evgeny has demonstrated expertise in managing procurement functions in complex environments. Previous experience includes positions at POLYUS, BP, SIBUR, Russian Railways, and UC RUSAL, contributing significantly to various investment projects and supply chain management. Evgeny holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Procurement and Supply Chain Management with Distinction from Robert Gordon University and a Master's degree in Economics from Moscow State Economics and Statistics University (MESI).
