Xavier Antonio de la Garza

Xavier Antonio de la Garza currently serves as General Counsel at LUKOIL, a position held since April 2018. Xavier holds a Master’s degree in Oil & Gas Law from the University of Houston (1993-1994) and a Licenciado en Derecho from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (1986-1991).
