Andy Fortmann

Andy Fortmann is an experienced professional currently serving as Program Manager at Lukos since December 2023. Prior to this role, Andy was a Senior Production Manager for Falcon9 at SpaceX from September 2021 to December 2023. Andy's extensive naval career includes service in the US Navy from May 1999 to August 2021, where roles included Commanding Officer/Director for Naval Special Warfare in San Diego, overseeing education programs for Navy SEAL leaders, and Boat Team Commanding Officer in Virginia Beach, responsible for training and managing over $60 million in warfare systems. Andy also held positions at SOFWARE LLC and The Honor Foundation, focusing on leadership development for military personnel. Academically, Andy holds a Master of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School and a degree in Oceanography from the United States Naval Academy, among other certifications.
