Allie Fickling

Allie Fickling is a seasoned HR professional with a robust background in program management, employee relations, and compliance, currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at lululemon since March 2019. In this role, Allie develops frameworks and best practices for new market entries, ensuring alignment with labor law and compliance. Prior to this, Allie garnered extensive experience at IKEA Group, contributing to HR action plans and talent acquisition, and managing employee relations and compliance initiatives. Additional experience includes training roles at the City of Toronto and a co-op placement at Nestlé, complemented by a Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from George Brown College and an Honours B.A. in Organizational Leadership from Wilfrid Laurier University.
