Jade Christie

Jade Christie is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in workforce planning and organizational design, currently serving as Director of Workforce Planning and Director of Organizational Planning & Analysis at lululemon since May 2015. Prior roles at lululemon include Director of People & Culture Business Partnering and various positions in the People Potential team, where Jade provided strategic HR guidance and support to senior executives. Prior to lululemon, Jade held HR advisory roles at Canexus and Gibson Energy Ltd., focusing on a wide range of HR functions including employee relations, recruitment, and organizational effectiveness. Starting a career as a consultant at Cenera, Jade has built a comprehensive background in HR with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing from St. Bonaventure University.
