Jillien Arrubio is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in retail management and merchandising. Currently serving as a Global Administrative Merchandise Assistant at lululemon, Jillien previously held the position of Global Merchandising Intern as part of the IDEA Global Internship Program. With a strong background in leadership roles, including Executive Vice President and Retail Management Director at the Ted Rogers Students' Society, Jillien has effectively represented the student body and enhanced their experience at the Ted Rogers School of Management. A diverse skill set encompasses marketing coordination at J.C. Williams Group, project coordination in the Business Career Hub, customer engagement at Athleta, and various roles at Gap, including Assistant Manager and Visual Merchandising Specialist. Jillien is pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Retail Management from the Ted Rogers School of Retail Management at Toronto Metropolitan University, expected to graduate in April 2024.
