Dan Kondratyuk

Dan Kondratyuk is a Research Scientist at Luma AI, focusing on generative video model development for Dream Machine since March 2024. Previously, Dan served as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Google, where significant contributions included the VideoPoet video generation LLM and advancements in large-scale TPU infrastructure training for machine learning models. Dan's earlier roles included Machine Learning Engineer and AI Resident at Google, where projects encompassed real-time video classification and multimodal understanding. Dan's experience also includes a Full Stack Developer position at Hello Augi, a Software Engineering Intern role at Sensus, and undergraduate research at Boise State University, specializing in cryptography and databases. Dan holds two Master’s degrees in Computational Linguistics from Charles University and Universität des Saarlandes, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Boise State University.
