Samarth Sinha

Samarth Sinha is a Research Scientist at Luma AI since September 2022, following a temporary leave from a PhD program at the University of Toronto. Prior experience includes roles as an AI Resident at Facebook AI, a Research Intern at Amazon, and a Researcher at the Vector Institute. Samarth also served as an Undergrad Researcher at the University of Toronto and engaged in visiting research roles at Mila - Quebec Artificial Intelligence Institute and the University of California, Berkeley. An earlier position as a Software Engineering Intern at Aurora and a Deep Learning Intern at DeepMap, Inc. contributed to an extensive background in research and development in artificial intelligence. Samarth holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto and completed secondary education at Henry Wise Wood High School from 2011 to 2015.
