Nicole started their career in 1996 at Forrester Research, where they served as the Manager of Client Services, overseeing a team and managing client relationships. In 2000, they joined Creative Good as an Engagement Director, and they worked there until 2016.

In 2002, Nicole founded their own company called Customer Sense Consulting, where they serve as the President. Nicole specializes in helping clients improve their products, services, and customer experiences through human-centered design. Nicole'sexpertise includes conducting research, developing customer-driven strategies, and creating concepts based on customer needs. Nicole has worked with clients from various industries, including retail/ecommerce, media, financial services, technology, non-profits, and government agencies.
