Tursina Abd Rashid

Tursina Abd Rashid has an extensive career at PETRONAS since October 2006, holding various leadership roles in Competency Development and Technical Capability Management, along with responsibilities in talent management transformation. Tursina has also worked as a Data Analyst and Technoeconomics Executive, focusing on project economics, and served as Project Engineer for a solar project, emphasizing renewable energy technologies. In addition to these roles, Tursina has been a Certified Practitioner at LUMA Institute since August 2018 and served as an Adjunct Lecturer at Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS from January 2020 to January 2022. Tursina holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The Johns Hopkins University, earned in 2006, with a minor in Business and a focus on Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering.
