Rose Kim

Rose Kim has over twelve years of work experience, beginning with a role as Senior Administrator at Phillips Financial in 2008. In 2012, they began working at Deloitte as a Tax Analyst. In 2014, they held a contract role as People & Performance Administrator at Royal Institute for Deaf and Blind Children (RIDBC). In 2015, they joined Atlassian as a People Operations Associate. In 2016, they were a Global Mobility and Regulatory Advisor at Citi. In 2017, they were a People Program Manager / Global Mobility Specialist at WiseTech Global. In 2019, they became a People Manager at Cover Genius. In 2021, they were a People & Culture Partner at Secure Code Warrior. In 2022, they began working as People Lead - ANZ at TrueLayer, and is currently the Head of People & Culture (Australia) at Lumachain.

Rose Kim attended the University of Sydney from 2007 to 2011, where they received a Bachelor of Commerce and Arts. Rose then participated in an International Exchange Program at Korea University in 2011. In 2014, they returned to the University of Sydney and completed a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations.
