Melanie Fraley

Melanie Fraley is an experienced benefits management professional currently serving as the US Benefits Manager at Lumanity since February 2024, responsible for executing benefits and well-being programs for both US and Global colleagues. Previously, Melanie held the position of Benefits Manager, Health and Welfare at ASRC Federal from February 2022 to February 2024, where management of dynamic benefit programs and process improvement initiatives were key responsibilities. Prior roles include Senior Benefits Specialist at Safelite AutoGlass and OCLC, where Melanie managed comprehensive benefits programs, communication strategies, and compliance efforts. Melanie’s expertise extends back to 2007 with positions at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company, Oswald Companies, and Harford County Health Department, encompassing health and wellness program management, vendor relations, and public health education. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health Education from Kent State University.
