Rob expanded their expertise in digital analytics by obtaining the Digital Analyst certification from CXL Institute in 2019. Additionally, they pursued a Digital Analytics program from CXL and completed it in the same year.

Rob further strengthened their skills in web development by completing the Web Development Career Path program at Codecademy in 2020.

In 2019, Rob enrolled in the Quantic School of Business and Technology to pursue an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree. Rob completed this program in 2020.
