Pamela B. has over 30 years of work experience in the fields of Human Resources, Operations, Event Direction, Marketing, and Business Account Management. Pamela began their career in 1986 as a Marketing Manager at Hensel Phelps, followed by a Regional Account Coordinator role at Nordstrom in 1988. In 2005, they started as a Human Resource Manager at Inlet Technologies, where they implemented and managed start up operations and was responsible for hiring all employees, benefit planning, payroll, and managing employee needs and goals. Pamela also managed travel and expenses for the Engineering, Sales, and Executive teams. From 2005 to 2017, Pamela held the role of HR Business Consultant and Operations & Event Direction at Paradigm Solutions Group. During this time, they also served as Gala Event Chair at Santa Fe Christian Schools in 2009. In 2016, they became a Marketing Manager at Encinitas Chamber of Commerce, followed by a Business Account Manager role at PreceptorLink in 2015. Finally, from 2017 to present, Pamela has held the roles of HR & Operations Generalist and HR Management Consultant & Gala Event Director at GenerateHope.

Pamela B. attended Southwestern College from 1982 to 1985, where they studied Business. Pamela then attended UC San Diego Extended Studies from 1985 to 1987, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General.
