Alon Rosh has a diverse range of work experience, starting with Blockbuster, where they worked as a Sales Team Leader from August 2005 to March 2010. They then joined Shalmor Communications as a Social Media & Content Manager from June 2010 to March 2011. Following that, they moved to Blonde 2.0 and served as a Social Media & Content Manager from May 2011 to December 2013. In 2014, they worked at Tabtale as a Community & Content Manager from January to October, and then joined Jelly Button as a Community & Content Manager from December 2014 to December 2016. They continued working at Jelly Button as a Community Manager & VIP Account Manager from December 2016 to December 2018. Further, they joined Playtika and held the position of Community & Content Manager from December 2018 to August 2020. They transitioned to the role of Monetization & Community Manager at Playtika from August 2020 to July 2021. Currently, Alon Rosh is employed at Lumen as a Community Manager since July 2021 and also serves as the Community Team Manager from January 2022 onwards.

Alon Rosh attended Bar Ilan University from 2006 to 2009, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Public Communications.
