Ryan Saraco

Ryan Saraco has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ryan currently holds the position of Head of Health Partner Sales - Strategic Partnerships at Lumen since February 2019. Prior to that, they were Vice President at Metrofold, Inc. from April 2014 to July 2020. Ryan also worked as the Director and Head Coach at Light Speed CrossFit from April 2014 to February 2017.

Ryan has a strong background in the financial sector with experience at HSBC as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst from June 2012 to April 2014. Ryan managed a group of analysts and QA personnel and was responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of their work in the KYC remediation project.

Before HSBC, Ryan worked as an AML/KYC QC Specialist at JPMorgan Chase from August 2011 to June 2012. Ryan conducted quality assurance reviews of the KYC Due Diligence team's work product and performed transaction monitoring reviews for business banking clients.

Ryan also has experience in compliance and risk assessment roles. Ryan worked as an Electronic Communications Compliance Consultant at GOLDMAN SACHS & CO from June 2010 to July 2011. Ryan specialized in identifying and escalating potential risks and regulatory compliance issues. Ryan also worked as an Of Counsel/AML Specialist at PIPER CAPITAL LLC from January 2010 to June 2010, where they reviewed Suspicious Activity Reports and helped implement AML and KYC best practices.

In addition, Ryan has experience in legal and compliance roles. Ryan worked as a Legal/Compliance Officer at EXPRESS HOME SOLUTIONS from March 2009 to December 2009, where they conducted due diligence reviews and negotiated agreements. Prior to that, they worked as an AML Remediation Project Lead Consultant at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP from March 2007 to March 2009, where they directed a remediation project and reviewed past transactions for high risk clients. Ryan also worked as a Compliance Analyst/Consultant at Debevoise & Plimpton from June 2006 to February 2007, where they reviewed client documentation and conducted AML investigations.

Ryan Saraco has a Juris Doctor degree in Law from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, which they obtained from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing at Hofstra University from 1999 to 2002. In 1998, they attended The George Washington University for Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies, without obtaining a specific degree.
