Heather Bevan

Heather Bevan is currently the Account Director for SLED at Lumen Technologies, where they focus on identifying key business drivers and developing long-term solutions in the government space, particularly in Machine Learning, AI OPS, UcaaS, SaaS, and IaaS. Prior to Lumen, Heather held various roles, including Unified Communications & Collaboration Specialist at Verizon Enterprise Solutions and Senior Total Solutions Manager at Broadview Networks, where they worked closely with C-level executives to implement impactful business solutions. Heather also gained valuable experience as the Director of Relationship Development at Granite Telecommunications and the Sales Administrator at One Communications, where they consistently exceeded company expectations. Heather earned a degree in Communication Studies from Commonwealth University-Bloomsburg.
