John Nava

John Nava has over 25 years of experience in software engineering and electronic communications. Currently serving as a Senior Director in Software Engineering at Lumen Technologies since May 1998, John has progressed through various roles including Director, Principal Software Development Engineer, Senior Lead Software Engineer, Lead Software Architect, and Software Engineer. Prior to Lumen Technologies, John held positions as Production Supervisor/Design Engineer at Animark and Applications Engineer at Logical Devices. John’s early career included service in the U.S. Army as an Electronic Communications Shop Manager in the 82nd Airborne Division. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Metropolitan State University of Denver and an Associate of Science in Electrical Engineering from Fayetteville Technical Community College.
