Grace Cheung

Grace Cheung has a diverse work experience in various marketing roles. Grace is currently working as a Marketing Manager at Lumen5 since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at MetroQuest Software as a Marketing Manager, where they were responsible for driving the team's projects and collaborating cross-departmentally to develop strategic direction. Grace also served as a Senior Marketing Strategist at MetroQuest Software, executing digital marketing campaigns and maintaining and updating processes and automations.

Before joining MetroQuest Software, Grace worked as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Spark Real Estate Software, where they managed marketing efforts, tracked growth, and created reports for stakeholders and investors. Grace also had experience as a Marketing Coordinator at QuickMobile, where they handled various marketing tasks such as content writing, SEO, email campaigns, and social media management. Additionally, they worked as a Marketing Assistant and Data Entry Specialist at QuickMobile.

Prior to these roles, Grace worked as a Marketing Assistant & Social Media Coordinator at Douglas & McIntyre (imprint), aiding publicists and managing social media accounts. Grace also served as a Production Assistant at Douglas & McIntyre, coordinating the book creation process and performing various editorial tasks. Earlier in their career, they gained customer service experience as a Box Office Staff member at Bard on the Beach and as a Customer Service Representative at Kernels Popcorn.

Grace Cheung attended Steveston-London from 2005 to 2010. Grace then went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Honours and Sociology from The University of British Columbia from 2010 to 2016. In addition, they also studied at The University of Edinburgh from 2013 to 2014, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English and Sociology.
