Business Development at Lumenaza

Tereza Borges has held a variety of roles in the energy sector, beginning in 1992 with IBM as a Software Engineer. From 1996 to 1998, they were an IT Consultant at IBM, selling and delivering IT strategy, planning and execution. In 1998, they became a Principal Consultant at IBM, developing business opportunities in the telecommunications and media sector. In 1999, they moved to LHS as an Account Director. In 2000, they joined SEMA Group as an Account Director and Pre-Sales Director, where they built up a pre-sales team. In 2001, Schlumberger acquired SEMA Group, and they continued their role as Account Director and Pre-Sales Director. In 2002, Atos Origin acquired Schlumberger's customer base, and they became an Account Director. From 2005 to 2012, they worked for Nokia Siemens Networks, first as Global Head of Strategic Sales Practice, then as Global Head of Business Support Systems (BSS) Practice, and finally as Regional Head of System Integration and Security for Latin America. In 2015, they joined Smart DCC as Programme Director. In 2018, they became Business Development at Lumenaza GmbH and Co-Founder and Managing Director of n3rgy, as well as CRO of n3rgy data.

Tereza Borges obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical Engineering - Telecommunications from Universidade Federal da Bahia between 1983 and 1988. Tereza then went on to receive a Master of Science (MSc) in Electrical Engineering - Automation and Control from Universidade Estadual de Campinas between 1989 and 1992. In 2015, they also obtained a Grow Movement Volunteer Consultant Completed Project certification from Grow Movement.
