Dale Giffey

Dale Giffey started their career as a Real Estate Development Intern at National Church Residences in November 2010. Dale then moved on to Lument in July 2011 and currently holds the title of Vice President in the Affordable Housing Originations department. Dale has worked their way up the ranks within Lument, also holding the title of Vice President in FHA Underwriting and previously serving as an Associate Underwriter, Analyst, and an Apprentice. Lument Real Estate Capital, LLC is a mortgage banking firm specializing in multifamily and affordable real estate, as well as seniors and healthcare markets with a full range of financial services.
