Steven Manirath

Steven Manirath is an Associate Lending Client Services at Lument with a background in financial analysis and asset management. Prior to their current role, Steven worked as an Asset Manager and Senior Analyst at KeyBank, where Steven specialized in loan surveillance and property performance evaluation. With experience at State Street in mutual fund accounting and fund administration internships, Steven has developed a strong foundation in financial operations and client communication. Steven holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and an Associates in Civil Engineering Technology from Johnson County Community College.
