Adam Kubelka

Adam Kubelka is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in intellectual property law. Currently serving as Chief IP Counsel at Lumentum since May 2012, Adam has previously held significant legal positions, including Senior Corporate Counsel at JDS Uniphase from May 2004 to May 2012, Legal Counsel at Mxi Technologies from 2002 to 2004, and Associate at LaBarge Weinstein from 2000 to 2004. Adam holds a Bachelor of Administration and a Bachelor of Laws, both from the University of Ottawa, completed between 1991 and 1997.
