Alison Wallace

Alison Wallace has a solid background in the field of Human Resources. Alison started their career in 2000 at JDSU, where they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner until 2015. In 2015, they joined Lumentum and held various roles, including Sr. Manager, Director, and currently Sr. Director of Human Resources. Their expertise spans over two decades, showcasing their experience and ability to contribute to the HR function in an organization.

Alison Wallace is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Harvard Extension School. Alison has also completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Queen's University.
