Andrew Palmer

Andrew Palmer has extensive experience in human resources management. Andrew worked as a Human Resources Director at Lumentum since 2020. Previously, they held the same position at Imperva from 2015 to 2020. Before that, they worked at Viavi Solutions as a Human Resources Director from 2008 to 2015 and held the additional role of Human Resources Director EMEA, where they successfully implemented an HR system. Prior to Viavi Solutions, Andrew served as the Head HR Europe and Global Compensations and Benefits Manager at Credence Systems, where they led the European HR function and re-engineered the reward structure. Their career began at Schlumberger, where they worked as an HR Manager.
