Jean Chen

Jean Chen began their work experience in the year 2000 as the Corporate Controller at Ishoni Networks. From there, they worked at Atmel Corporation in various finance roles, including Senior Finance Manager - Corp FP&A, Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, and Senior Director of Business Unit Finance. In 2014, they joined Synaptics Incorporated as the Senior Director of BU Finance and later became the Vice President of Finance. Most recently, in 2019, they started working at Lumentum as the Vice President of Finance.

Jean Chen received an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science in Finance from San Jose State University.
