Victor Xu

Victor Xu is an experienced engineering professional with a background in electrical engineering and a focus on RF/microwave technologies. Currently serving as an Engineering Development Manager at Lumentum since April 2024, Victor previously held positions such as Test Solution Architect at ChargePoint and Test Engineer at NeoPhotonics. With extensive skills in transceiver performance characterization and design engineering, Victor has successfully managed transceiver builds and facilitated transitions from R&D to production. Victor's earlier roles include a Research Assistant at New York University, where expertise in microwave amplifier design was demonstrated, and an internship at Shenzhen Newmi Digital Co., Ltd. Victor holds a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from The Polytechnic Institute of New York University and a Bachelor of Engineering from Hefei University of Technology.
