Xinxin Zhou

Xinxin Zhou began their work experience in 2017 at Lumentum, where they held various roles including Principal Product Engineer and Operation program manager. Prior to that, they worked at the University of Sheffield as a Research Associate, where they focused on developing avalanche photodiodes and contributing to the Athena Swan team.

Xinxin Zhou earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Sheffield from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, Xinxin Zhou completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Electronic Engineering from The University of Sheffield in 2010. In addition to their academic qualifications, Xinxin Zhou has obtained certifications including the Lumentum Women in Leadership Certificate Program from Corporate Education Group and the PRINCE2® 2017 Practitioner certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in August 2020.
