Alex Loera

Alex Loera has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Currently, starting in 2023, Alex is working as the Director of Enrollment and Premium Billing at UST HealthProof. Prior to this role, Alex held the position of Director Market Operations (CA Lead) at Lumeris since 2021. From 2014 to 2021, Alex worked at Stanford Medicine Partners, initially as the Director of Health Plan Operations/Interim COO and later as the Manager of Health Plan Operations. Before joining Stanford Medicine Partners, Alex was the Manager of Medicare Enrollment/Sales & Marketing at Blue Shield of California from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, Alex worked as a Medicare Health Insurance Specialist at the California Department of Aging from

2008 to 2012. Beginning the career journey, Alex started as a Stanford Alumni Donor Relations at Stanford Alumni Association in 2007.

Alex Loera holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Stanford University. They later pursued Executive Education in Accounting and Finance at the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business starting in 2020. Additionally, Alex has a Post Baccalaureate in Molecular and Cell Biology from UCLA. They also possess a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance.
