2.     The Role

The suitable candidate will report to the Head of Marketing Communications and will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our digital platform and ensuring its market leadership.

3.      Responsibilities

This is a varied business facing role, with the following responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth for Lumi's solutions.
  • Conducting market research, analyse customer needs, and identify target markets, ensuring effective positioning and messaging to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product value propositions, unique selling points, and competitive differentiation.
  • Creating and maintaining compelling marketing collateral, including sales presentations, product guides, case studies, and website content, to support the sales team and engage target audiences.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that effectively promote Lumi's offerings.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform product development and roadmap decisions.
  • Work closely with sales teams to develop sales enablement tools and provide product training.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of product marketing activities and campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.

4.       Qualifications and Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a product marketing manager role for a B2B brand.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

5.     Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Proactive and able to collaborate effectively with peers and cross-functional teams.
  • Highly technically inclined, with the ability to understand and effectively communicate complex product features and benefits.
  • Experience working with global companies and multicultural teams is preferred.
