Security Operations Shift Lead at Lumifi

Andrew Stephenson has a diverse work experience starting from 2010. Andrew worked as a Salesperson at Vector Marketing for two months in 2010 before moving on to a role as a Ticket Usher at the University of Northern Colorado for the next four months. In 2011, they served as a Valet at Towne Park for ten months and simultaneously worked as a Registrar at Sky Ridge Medical Center for almost two years. From 2013 to 2014, Andrew was a Dispatcher at Todd Companies, Inc. In 2014, they joined Lewan Technology as a Remote Reporting and Device Detection Analyst and later became a Technical Coordinator and Systems Administrator, with various responsibilities such as resolving tickets, onboarding new clients, and managing inventory. Andrew then worked at Xerox from 2020 to 2022, initially as a Security Operations Center Team Lead and later as an Incident Response Engineer, where they integrated security tools and mentored a team of analysts. Currently, Andrew is a Security Operations Shift Lead at Lumifi starting from 2022. Throughout their career, Andrew has demonstrated strong customer service skills, organizational abilities, and adaptability to fast-paced environments.

Andrew Stephenson's education history begins in 2007 when they attended Valor Christian High School and obtained a high school degree in General Studies in 2010.

In 2012, they pursued further education at ITT Technical Institute and completed an Associate's degree in Network and System Administration/Administrator in 2014.

More recently, Andrew enrolled in Western Governors University in 2022 to acquire a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance, which is expected to be completed by 2025.

Andrew has also obtained several certifications to enhance their knowledge and skills. In 2016, they earned the CompTIA A+ ce certification from CompTIA. In 2018, they completed the IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from ITIL Foundation Certification Training Level. Additionally, in 2019, they obtained the HDI Customer Service Representative (CSR) certification from HDI, the LogicMonitor Certified Associate certification from LogicMonitor, and the Cisco Meraki Network Associate certification from Cisco Meraki. To further expand their expertise, they recently earned the CompTIA Linux+ certification from CompTIA in 2021.
