Eng Leong Lim

Eng Leong Lim has a diverse work experience in various roles, primarily in the manufacturing and operations field. Eng Leong has recently served as the Director of Manufacturing Engineering at Lumileds, where they were responsible for establishing industrialization and optimization for the Penang site. Prior to that, they were the Director of Operations at Sanmina, overseeing manufacturing operations for medical and non-medical products. Eng Leong also held multiple roles at Intel Corporation, including Senior Engineering/Operation Manager, Operations Manager, and Head of Equipment Engineering & NPI Transfer Program Manager, among others. In these roles, they managed equipment performance, drove operational excellence, and collaborated with cross-functional teams. Eng Leong has extensive experience in managing day-to-day operations, leading teams, and optimizing processes to achieve business objectives.

Eng Leong Lim earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Kentucky, attended from 1993 to 1995. In addition to their degree, they obtained various certifications throughout their career, including Project Management Professional (PMP) from iVersion in 2023, Project Management Skills for Leaders from LinkedIn in 2023, Six Sigma: Black Belt from LinkedIn in 2023, Lean Six Sigma (Greenbelt) from Intel Corporation - Business Process Improvement Office in 2012, and Lean Manufacturing from Intel Corporation in 2008.
