Harley Hauer

Harley Hauer has extensive experience in the field of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and data analysis. They are currently working as the Manager of Security Engineering at Lumin Digital since June 2022. Prior to this, Harley worked at Cambia Health Solutions as the IAM Engineering Lead from July 2015 to May 2022. In this role, they successfully implemented IdentityIQ for 500 applications and 6000 active identities, as well as Symantec VIP for 2000 active users.

Before joining Cambia Health Solutions, Harley worked at Portland State University where they held multiple roles. They served as an IAM Software Engineer from September 2013 to July 2015 and played a key role in implementing IdentityIQ for 5 applications and 10,000 active identities. They also developed a custom UI for IdentityIQ using Python Django and oversaw a student employee working on this project. Prior to this, Harley worked as a Student Programmer and Labs and Classrooms Technician at Portland State University.

Additionally, Harley has experience working at the American Red Cross as a Data Analyst. They developed and maintained reports and analytics for the Donor Resources department, as well as office automation solutions using VBA. They also worked as a Data Analyst at the American Red Cross from October 2009 to September 2011, where they developed and maintained a custom reporting solution using Access, Excel, and VBA.

Harley Hauer began their education at Portland Community College in 2008 and completed their Associate of Science degree in General Education in 2011. Following this, they attended Portland State University from 2011 to 2016, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. In terms of certifications, Harley obtained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services in June 2016, the AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate in July 2017, and the AWS Certified Developer - Associate in August 2017.
