Annisa Fajar Utami

Annisa Fajar Utami has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Annisa most recently worked at Lumina as a Senior People Operations and Senior Product Operations, starting in 2021 and continuing to the present. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2021, they worked at PT. Jaya Ekspress Transindo (JX) as a People and Organization Development Specialist. Before that, from 2016 to 2019, they worked at Mapan - PT Ruma in various roles including Human Capital Acquisition, Human Capital Business Partner - MT Program, Field Recruiter Team Lead, and Field Recruiter. Annisa also had a brief stint as a Program Pengembangan Manager (PPM) Batch 19 at Mapan.

Annisa Fajar Utami attended the Universitas Jenderal Soedirman from 2010 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Biology.
