Imam Ardian

Imam Ardian began their work experience in 2011 as a Recruitment Staff at Marching Band Madah Bahada Univeristas Indonesia. Imam was responsible for enhancing both hard and soft skills in this non-profit extracurricular activity. In 2013, they joined Mapan - PT Ruma and held several roles including Field Recruiter, Sales Trainer, Capability Planning Manager, and Coaching Manager. Their tenure at Mapan lasted until 2021. Currently, Imam Ardian works as a Community Manager at Lumina (YC W22) starting from December 2021.

Imam Ardian pursued their Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from the University of Indonesia, starting in 2009 and completing their studies in 2013.
