Sean Hatley

Sean Hatley has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Sean most recently served as the Director of Legal Operations at Lumina Solar since August 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Attorney at Bowman Jarashow Law LLC from July 2022 to August 2023. Before that, they served as a Litigation and Business Law Attorney at Frost Law from February 2020 to August 2022. Sean also worked as an Associate Litigation and Business Law Attorney at Hyatt & Weber, P.A. from September 2017 to February 2020. Sean gained experience as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Michele D. Jaklitsch at the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County from August 2016 to August 2017. Sean also worked at Liff & Walsh, LLP as an Associate Litigation and Business Law Attorney from July 2016 to August 2016 and as a Law Clerk from September 2014 to July 2016. Prior to their legal career, they worked as a Manager/Bartender at Ziki Japanese Steak House from October 2011 to April 2015. Additionally, they gained legal experience as a Summer Associate at Gorman & Williams in 2014 and as a Law Clerk at Smartlink, LLC in 2013. Sean started their legal career as a Law Clerk at the St. Mary's County Office of the Public Defender from January 2010 to May 2010.

Sean Hatley completed their education with a focus on law and business. Sean attended the University of Baltimore School of Law from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained a Juris Doctor (JD) degree with cum laude honors. During the same period, they also earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) degree from the University of Baltimore Merrick School of Business.

Prior to that, Sean Hatley studied Applied Economics at St. Mary's College of Maryland from 2007 to 2011. Sean completed their secondary education at Archbishop Spalding High School from 2003 to 2007.

In terms of certifications, Sean Hatley was admitted to the Maryland Bar by The Court of Appeals of Maryland in June 2016. Subsequently, they were admitted to the bar of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland in October 2017, and to the bar of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia in January 2019. Additionally, they obtained admission to the District of Columbia Bar in August 2019.
