Lauren Taylor

Lauren Taylor is currently the VP of Operations at Luminai, a position they have held since the company's inception in October 2021. Prior to Luminai, Lauren was a Fellow at On Deck from October 2021 to December 2021. From May 2019 to December 2021, Lauren was the Co-Founder and COO of 3XR Inc., where they were responsible for production operations, sales, customer success, finance, accounting, recruiting and people operations. During their time at 3XR Inc., Lauren was responsible for designing and implementing a SaaS P&L and revenue model from scratch in less than 1 week, as well as forecasted OpEx within <2% variance of actual operational costs. Lauren also developed sales processes and pipeline, built a sales team around strategy, closed $125K in revenue in <12 months, and scaled 3D asset production to meet customer demand. In addition, Lauren built the 3XR team from 4 employees to 20 and launched and maintained benefits and payroll.

Lauren Taylor has a BA in Psychology and Education from Colby College and an MBA in Marketing from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University. Lauren also has a certification from the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a certification from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Realtor.

Lauren Taylor reports to Kesava Kirupa Dinakaran, Co-Founder & CEO. Lauren Taylor works with Jitesh Luthra - GM, India, Vik Soma - Chief of Staff, and Jordan Wight - Head of Recruiting & People Ops.
