Kyla B. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational leadership and business development. Currently serving as a Partner at Luminari Partners since May 2024, Kyla has previously held multiple leadership roles at the Sacramento Metro Chamber from July 2019 to March 2024, including Foundation Executive Director, Director, and Associate Director of the Capital Region SBDC. Kyla's earlier career includes a position as a Business Services Representative at the Stanislaus County Department of Workforce Development from June 2017 to July 2019. Kyla holds a Master of Arts in Leadership (Organizational Learning & Effectiveness) from the University of the Pacific - Benerd College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Brandman University.
