Atul Kumar Singh

Atul Kumar Singh is an accomplished scientist with extensive experience in molecular diagnostics and genetic testing, currently serving as a Scientist-Lab Supervisor at NextGen Genetics since October 2023. Previous roles include positions as Scientist II and Research Scientist at Clear Labs, where Atul Kumar Singh processed over 10,000 SARS-CoV-2 nasopharyngeal samples and utilized LIMS for sample management. Earlier experience includes postdoctoral research at the University of Georgia and Purdue University, focusing on optical biosensors and microbial pathogenesis. Atul Kumar Singh holds a Ph.D. in Biotechnology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, along with an M.Sc. from Guru Nanak Dev University and a B.Sc. from Doctor Ram Manohar Lohia Awadh University.
