Hi I’m Deanna (she/her)! I’m a strategic talent advisor leading and executing an experience first recruitment and talent acquisition function with a people first approach.

During my career I have built, scaled, and supported recruitment functions for fast paced and meet ever changing businesses needs including M&A, hyper growth, and re-organizations. I'm an operator at heart, that combines with my passion for structured interviewing, DEI&B, and building the best teams. I pride myself on my achievements in navigating bias in hiring, creating personable candidate experiences for all, process development and iterations, automation, retention, and most importantly caring for people!

Based in New York City, I am currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at Luminate.

Outside the office you’ll find me eating my way through NYC’s ice cream shops, skiing the slopes, and learning new creative skills (currently ceramics).
