Alix Fouchard

Alix Fouchard has extensive experience in various human resources roles. Most recently, they served as the Director of Human Resources, Europe at Luminator Technology Group since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager at MAX Automation SE from October 2016 to February 2022. They also worked as a Business Coach and Change Management Consultant at Mash Academy, Munich for two months in 2016. Their previous roles include positions at CEMEX Deutschland AG and CEMEX Germany, where they held managerial positions related to HR operations, planning, and development. They also have experience in strategic planning and capital expenditure management at Readymix AG Germany and Readymix AG. Early in their career, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources for Germany at AIESEC.

Alix Fouchard earned a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Bayreuth. This educational journey took place from 1989 to 1995.
