Chris Gillespie has 17+ years of experience in Medical Device Sales & Marketing. Mr. Gillespie has successfully launched over 45 innovative technologies in both the Medical Device and Information Technology market. These products include laparoscopic and open surgical devices, implants, vision care, and software.

Prior to joining UVision360, Chris was the Director, Global Marketing at Teleflex, Inc. where he lead the global launch of a new platform of Micro Laparoscopic instruments. Chris was also responsible for leading the commercial strategy for the fascial closure product portfolio. He has held multiple domestic and international leadership roles focusing on developing go-to-market strategies.

Prior to Teleflex, Chris spent 8 years with Johnson & Johnson at Ethicon Endo-Surgery focusing on launching and selling new laparoscopic surgical devices. He previously worked at two start-up companies: The Spectacle Lens Group of Johnson & Johnson and Red Hat, Inc. At The Spectacle Lens Group, Chris successfully launched a new progressive lens technology in the central and eastern North Carolina market. During his time at Red Hat, Chris was responsible for launching multiple versions of Red Hat Linux while developing a channel sales strategy to sell software and technical services. His areas of expertise include, Commercial Strategy, Development and Execution, Global Product Launch & Commercialization, New Market Development, Creating Sales Strategies and Sales Training.

Chris received his BS in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
