Flor Matos

Flor Matos has a strong background in customer support and supervision. They started their career at Teleperformance in 2014 as an Operations Supervisor / Quality Analyst and stayed with the company until 2018. In 2018, they joined Alorica as a Social Media Expert and worked there for a year. In 2019, Flor Matos joined One Park Financial as a National Account Executive, where they stayed until 2020. They then moved to OutPLEX and held the position of Supervisor from 2020 to 2021. Currently, Flor Matos is working at Luminello, Inc. as a member of the Customer Support Team.

Flor Matos has a diverse education history. Flor obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Administration and Business Management from ENEB - Escuela de Negocios Europea de Barcelona, where they attended from 2020 to 2022. In 2021, they also pursued a certification in HIPAA for Business Associates from the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET).

Prior to their MBA, Flor Matos completed a degree in Law from the Universidad del Caribe in the Dominican Republic, where they studied from 2014 to 2019. Additionally, in 2019, they acquired knowledge in Labor Law with a focus on foreign worker contracts through a program at Fundación CAPADOMSA, Inc.

Earlier in their educational journey, Flor Matos earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from the Instituto Politécnico Pilar Constanzo, where they attended from 2009 to 2013.

In terms of certifications, they have obtained multiple credentials. Flor Matos achieved a C2 English Level certification from the EF Standard English Test (EF SET) in June 2022. Moreover, they underwent a HIPAA Refresher for Business Associates course from HIPAA Exams in May 2022. Back in May 2021, they also completed the HIPAA for Business Associates certification from the same institution.
