Cody Welch has extensive experience in software research and development, project management, and quality assurance within the technology and life sciences sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Software R&D at Luminex Corporation since October 2015, Cody has progressed through various roles including Senior Software Project Manager and Senior QA Strategy Lead. Prior to Luminex, Cody held the position of Lead SQA Engineer at FirstView Consultants Inc., where responsibilities included customer interaction, project planning, and team management. Cody's earlier career includes significant roles as Lead Software QA Engineer at iqStorm Corporation, where experience encompassed software validation for medical products, as well as software QA testing positions at Tanisys Technology and SMSC, focusing on functional testing and documentation efforts.
