Priyanka Richter is an experienced operations and mobility professional with a comprehensive background in global mobility, onboarding, and workforce transformation. Currently serving as the Director of Operations and Broker at Lumis Group since June 2023, Priyanka’s previous roles include Senior Manager at Vialto Partners, overseeing workforce transformation and mobility managed services, and Senior Manager at PwC, managing global mobility operations and recruitment services. Priyanka began a career in human resources and education, holding various roles at Deloitte Australia and PricewaterhouseCoopers, and has developed expertise in international assignments, stakeholder management, and employee onboarding processes. Priyanka holds a degree in Arts with a focus on Psychology and Sociology from the University of Melbourne.
