Peggy Grospitch

Peggy Grospitch is the current Vice President of Human Resources at Lumitex, Inc. Peggy has over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources, and has been with Lumitex for two years. Prior to their current position, Peggy was the Practice Leader of Talent Management at TAMS Group for one year, and a Senior Manager of Human Resources at Curtiss-Wright Corporation for five years. Peggy has also worked as a Job Market/Career Consultant at Lee Hecht Harrison.

Peggy Grospitch has a BA in Psychology from The Ohio State University and an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Radford University. Peggy is also certified as a Career Consultant and ChangeMap Facilitator from Lee Hecht Harrison, Lead Trainer: Facilitative Leadership from Interaction Associates, and Lominger - Leadership Architect/Interview Architect and Lominger - Voices 360 Coach from Korn Ferry.

Peggy Grospitch reports to Peter Broer, President & CEO. They are on a team with Clyde Su - VP & General Manager, Lumitex Asia, Mark Darby - VP, Sales, Electronics, and Alan Greszler - Chief Technology Officer.
