Kristofer Kathmann

Kristofer Kathmann is a seasoned UX designer with extensive experience in driving user-centered design processes across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior UX Designer at Lumivero since April 2023, Kristofer focuses on executing research-driven product visions through agile development. Prior to this role, Kristofer contributed to Tevera, where responsibilities included leading user research initiatives during rapid growth phases and implementing new testing methodologies. Kristofer has also worked as a User Experience Consultant for Pro Bono, developing strategies to address employment issues, and was an integral part of the design process for innovative apps at Prime Digital Academy. With over two decades of experience in design and photography, including a significant tenure at Concept & Design Inc., Kristofer possesses a rich background in visual design and business strategy. Educational qualifications include a BFA in Graphic Design and Photography from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and further studies at Prime Digital Academy.
